The Aerocon jacket features Air Burst™, which means it consists for a large part of mesh fabric that enables greater intake of air to cool the body. In impact areas, we’ve opted for ripstop to provide abrasion resistance in case of an incident.
Raise your enjoyment at the handlebar even further with our large Back Pocket™ and Coat Hanger™ that’s developed to carry the weight of a motorcycle jacket. The Zip Grip™ lets you insert and zip up just that bit easier and with our Centrack™ at the sleeve, you’ll never have to squeeze a strap through a buckle again.
Not enough? The Aerocon is prepared for our Vision 2C LED light which can be placed in the designated pocket at the upper back. At the front you’ll find two buckles which enable our Vision Tech vest to be placed.
Our RISC™ level 1 impact protectors are present at the shoulders and elbows. RISC™ back and chest protectors are separately available and can easily be placed in the designated compartment. Be sure to check the size table before purchasing a back protector.

Back Pocket™™

Detachable layers are great for the versatility of a motorcycle jacket. Detach or add a layer when the temperature shifts and you’re ready to continue your journey with as much comfort as before. But where do you store these layers?
That’s where the Back Pocket™ comes in. This large zip pocket at the lower back is large enough to store detached layers. Other accessories you can’t find a place for can also be stored, as the pocket is fully waterproof.

Back in the day, you needed to open up your main zip if you wanted to cool down. Luckily, those days are over as our gear has been fitted with ventilation zips, panels and outlets for many years now. But sometimes, all those options still weren’t enough.
That’s why we evolved our mesh fabric to the next level, or actually another dimension all together. The third-dimension mesh fabric of Air Burst™ creates a breathable layer between the body and outside of the shell, which enables a better intake of cool air to cool the body. 3D mesh also slows you down gently and in one piece before your skin comes into contact with the road.
RISC™ chest protector prepared

The above goes for all RISC™ protectors with exception of the chest. This unique protector is only available in level 1 and consists of two separate pieces that automatically interlock after placing them in the designated compartments of your MACNA jacket and zipping up.
Zip Grip™

Zipping up without gloves isn’t always a success at first try. Inserting one part into another turns out to be surprisingly difficult for the most intelligent species on the planet. Some of us even try this sport with their gloves on – with little success in most cases.
Our Zip Grip™ is a triangular reinforcement at the base of the main zip. This reinforcement is easy to get a hold of and provides the needed grip when inserting. Zipping up has just become child’s play, even with gloves on!

Smart rotatable adjustment buckle. The strap can’t slip out of the buckle thanks to a recess and design of the buckle.
